The Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager is the primary CompuNet representative for managed services delivery to our clients throughout the continental Northwest US.   The NOC Manager will have a primary focus on customer satisfaction, while fostering an exciting and enjoyable NOC work environment for the staff they manage.

Apprentice Electrician (2nd year) – Meridian, ID

Job Description:
The Apprentice Electrician (2nd year) must have 2 years work experience in a commercial environment.  Extensive knowledge regarding low-voltage/low-energy solutions is a requirement of this position.   The Apprentice Electrician is responsible for low-voltage cable installation, mounting access control hardware, mounting cameras, mounting displays, and other hardware.  Excellent customer service is required to provide technical assistance to customers and other engineers in the field.  A valid Idaho Limited Energy Electrician License is required or will be required within the first month of hiring.

  • Cisco networking experience required.

  • MCP/MSCE/CCNA/CCNP desired.
  • VoIP and IP telephony experience desired.
  • The ideal candidate will have four years prior end-user support experience.
