We are currently seeking an Operational Project Manager to be located out of our Bozeman, Montana office. High-level responsibilities include: managing engineering deliverables for pre-sales opportunities (75% internal facing) as well as overall project planning and execution (25% external facing).   • Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from end-users and co-workers experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.
  • Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, dispatch and follow-up for routine end-user problems, escalating more complex problems and/or outages to the manager and/or information technology, and all appropriate channels.
  • Monitors and escalates alerts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory administration.
  • Working knowledge of PC desktop software and applications including:
    • Windows Server 2003, Server 2008, 95, 98, 2000 and XP Pro, Office 2000, Office 2003 and Exchange and SQL.
  • Ability to create clear and usable documentation for all tasks performed in the position.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving skills and attention to detail and excellent follow-up.
  • Comfortable with team-based work structure; ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job.
  • Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.
  • Cisco Call Manager, Unity, IP Telephony.
  • Cisco networking experience required.

Bonus Skills (desired but not required)

  • MCP/MSCE/CCNA/CCNP desired.
  • VoIP and IP telephony experience desired.
  • The ideal candidate will have four years prior end-user support experience.
