DEMAND GENERATION AND CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

This is a mid-level position providing staff assistance to the Operations Manager and requires accounting and administrative work in the direction of all operations activities.  This position requires an outgoing, self-motivated, goal oriented individual who is able to prioritize their workload in an extremely fast paced environment. Job Description:
CompuNet is currently seeking a System Administrator for our elite Network Operations Center (NOC).  This position will provide technical support directly to our customers, and conduct performance tuning and monitoring of the customer’s information systems environments.  In addition, the position may be required to load and configure operation systems, perform application installation and software break/fix procedures.  Also, the individual will need to adjust and maintain backup/restore jobs or scripts to correct or prevent problems.

Senior Collaboration Engineer – Salt Lake City, UT

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior Collaboration Engineer (preferably CCIE) for our Salt Lake City, UT office. The Senior Collaboration Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership in the design, testing and implementation of IP Telephony technologies, and related platform solutions.  The Senior Collaboration Engineer will be responsible for providing network support, including complex problem solving on an enterprise level.  The candidate in this position anticipates IT industry future directions, understands business objectives and relates to future architecture needs and projects.  The position involves interfacing across several channels, acting as a visionary to assist in proactively defining direction for future network projects.  The candidate must remain continuously aware of business, technical, and infrastructure issues and aid in the development of creative networking solutions.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive design, architecture, and deployment of the enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, firewalling and wireless solutions, as it relates to VOIP.
  • QoS design and implementation.
  • Cisco Unified Communication deployment and troubleshooting support.
  • Network analysis, troubleshooting and fault isolation.
  • Quality network design and delivery incorporating best practices producing reliable, available and scalable network solutions.
  • Self-starter.
  • Maintain good working relationship with customers and co-workers.

Required Technology Experience:

  • Strong background in converged network technologies including data, voice, and video.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Cisco networking solutions including routing LAN, WAN, wireless, QoS, MPLS, Cisco IPT including Cisco Call Manager and Unity.
  • Proficient in Cisco routers, switches, wireless solutions, WAAS, EIGRP and Cisco VPN solutions. BGP capabilities a plus. Nexus experience a plus.
  • Proficient working knowledge of network infrastructure and systems including networking, client systems and server hosted desktop environments, and security.
  • Ability to explore new ideas and make innovative contributions to existing network processes or solutions.
  • Experience in creating and defining new architecture models and explaining complex problems or situations.
  • Project planning and management skills, including ability to identify and assess risk, to determine action.
  • Comfortable with making project decisions, monitoring progress, and reporting results.
  • Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the network level.
  • Solid overall communications skills.
  • Passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus is preferred. MBA would be considered.
