CompuNet Achieves Cisco Master Networking Specialization

Cisco Master NetworkingMeridian, ID - February 24, 2020 –CompuNet, an IT solutions provider and Cisco® Gold certified partner, today announced that it has achieved the Cisco Master Networking Specialization in the US. This level of specialization distinguishes channel partners with the highest level of networking expertise, as well as attesting to their significant investment of time and resources to obtain this partner certification.

The network is becoming more complex and vulnerable to the millions of threats attacking it every day. Achieving the Master Networking Specialization, CompuNet is empowered to take their customers to the next level of digital-ready networks. They have demonstrated their expertise to help customers minimize these vulnerabilities and change the way they manage their business.

To achieve this certification, CompuNet worked with Cisco personnel to meticulously work through a series of stringent requirements in three categories: technology capabilities, sales expertise and Cisco Lifecycle Services. Additionally, CompuNet was required to provide references focused on a defined set of business outcomes and meet a specific list of engineering certifications. Finally, CompuNet engineers worked with a team of Cisco personnel to demonstrate expertise in six of eight defined practice areas: 1) Digital Readiness, 2) Network Automation Platform, 3) Campus Automation, 4) WAN Transformation, 5) Network Access Control, and 6) Context-Aware Security Analytics, 7) Wireless Network Infrastructure, and 8) Network Automation and Programmability.
